David Freedman, FCA
David is the founder of DZAL Consulting. He has more than 20 years of experience as a trusted financial professional working in both public and private accounting across a variety of sectors including Technology, Media and Financial Services.
David’s background in mergers and acquisitions, accounting and financial planning & analysis gives him a unique edge in being able to provide his clients with a suite of operational and strategic services, to help them achieve the ultimate desired results.
Having begun his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in London, England, David made the move over the pond in 2017. Now a US Citizen, he still hasn’t lost his accent.
David is licensed as a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Management Studies from the University of Leeds, England.

Throughout her career at a leading global consultancy, Anna has partnered closely with C-level executives to define digital roadmaps, lead global Salesforce and CRM transformations, and drive large-scale change initiatives that span marketing, sales, service, and operations. She brings deep expertise in global program management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional team leadership, having led high-performing teams across 40+ countries.
An advocate for inclusive leadership and talent development, Anna is equally passionate about mentoring the next generation of tech professionals and championing diversity in innovation. She brings a uniquely human-centered, outcomes-driven approach to every engagement—blending strategic insight with hands-on execution.
Kevin Mathiasen, CPA
Kevin is a CPA with 20 years' experience in public and private accounting. Kevin has serviced a wide variety of clients from billionaire family offices to mom-and-pop shops, and everything in between.
Kevin's diverse background gives him the ability to address whatever taxation or accounting issues you require assistance with. Whether it be a simple tax return or internal control design, DZAL Consulting in cooperation with Kevin will be able to assist you with an accounting solution.
Born and raised in NYC, Kevin received his education from St. John's University and now serves his hometown communities and businesses.
